This Legal Notice governs access to and use of www.esmatch.es and Esmatch's digital services. Among other functions, the platform allows users to look up clubs, book courts, book lessons, sign up for tournaments, take part in open matches, manage their player account and make payments.

Users must use the platform lawfully, provide accurate information and keep their credentials secure. Fraudulent use, tampering with systems, impersonation and any conduct that harms Esmatch, the clubs, other users or third parties are not permitted.

The Esmatch software, Esmatch Business, trademarks, designs, interfaces, texts, graphic elements, databases and other protected content belong to ESMATCH PADEL EXPERIENCE, S.L. or to their lawful owners. Their use does not imply any assignment of intellectual or industrial property rights.

The platform integrates third-party services, including payment providers. These services are also governed by the terms applicable to each provider.

The website and the app are governed by Spanish law. In relationships with consumers, the mandatory rules on territorial jurisdiction will be respected. In business-to-business relationships, the terms agreed in the corresponding contract will apply.
