1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information from one page to the next. Browsers also have similar storage (localStorage and sessionStorage): in this policy we treat it in the same way as cookies.
2. What we use
Public website (www.esmatch.es). The home page, For players, For clubs, their Spanish versions, the legal pages, Support and Delete account do not store anything in your browser: no cookies and no local storage. Fonts are served from our own server, and the links to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok are plain links that do not load anything from those networks. Only tournament registration on the website saves a draft:

Club panel (business.esmatch.es). When you sign in to the panel, we store what is needed to keep you signed in and to remember how you left some screens:

3. Technical only: why we don’t ask for your consent
Everything above is technical: it makes the website, the panel and the payment work, or remembers something you have chosen. That is why we do not need your consent, under article 22.2 of the Ley 34/2002, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico (LSSI) (Spanish Information Society Services and E-commerce Act).
We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies.
4. Third-party cookies: Stripe
When you pay for a tournament registration on the website, or when a club connects its payments account from the panel, we take you to a Stripe page (checkout.stripe.com or connect.stripe.com). Those pages belong to Stripe, not to Es.Match: Stripe may use its own cookies there, for example to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. They are not stored on www.esmatch.es and we do not control them.

5. How to delete or block them
You can delete or block cookies and local storage from your browser (it usually appears as “Cookies and site data”):
Please note that everything we use is technical: if you block or delete it, the panel will sign you out and some features, such as payment or tournament registration, may not work.
